No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Gift returns
• Delayed delivery due to courier issues
Exceptions (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are:
• Damaged upon arrival
• Defective or incorrect item received
To be eligible for replacement, you must:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear unboxing video of the shipment with damaged/defective item and the packaging.
3. Ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
After verification, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are not provided in these cases unless a replacement is unavailable.
PARTIAL COD (Cash on Delivery) – Terms & Conditions
Advance Payment Requirement
To confirm your order, a partial advance payment of ₹49 to ₹199 (Depending upon the order value) is required. The remaining amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.
Order Confirmation
Orders will only be processed and shipped after the advance payment is successfully received.
Non-Refundable Advance
The advance amount is non-refundable in case of:
• Order cancellation by the customer
• Failure to accept the order at the time of delivery
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted, it will be returned, and the advance will be forfeited.
Fraud Prevention
Partial COD is implemented to reduce fake orders and ensure genuine purchases.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges
COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure they are available to receive the order and pay the remaining balance at the time of delivery.
Right to Refuse COD
We reserve the right to refuse COD service for certain locations or suspicious orders.
Prepaid Order Cancellation Policy:
At D'vore every piece is thoughtfully curated to deliver an elevated experience. As part of maintaining our premium service standards, we request you to review our cancellation terms below.
Cancellation Window
Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or prior to dispatch, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Convenience Fee
A nominal ₹199/- convenience fee is applicable on all prepaid order cancellations. This fee reflects essential processing, payment gateway, and handling costs involved in preparing your order.
Refund Process
Upon successful cancellation, the refundable amount (after deduction of the convenience fee) will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Custom and Personalized Jewelry
All customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable under all conditions.
